Plant Sale 

The plant sale is held in June. All the students contribute to the sale during their year with us, propagating and growing plants to sell to help raise money for The Gardens. 

 Our Plant sale for 2026 will be held on

Thursday 4th June 10.30am to 2pm

Mid-Summer Service

We are pleased to say that it will be led by Rev Sonia Palmer. As usual, light refreshments will be served in the classroom after the service. Everybody is very welcome, of any faith or none.

 

Our Mid-Summer Service will take place in the Garden on

Sunday 18th June at 7pm

Summer volunteer evenings

While the horticulture students are on holiday over the summer, we will have the usual summer volunteer evenings to keep the Garden looking cared for. 

Tuesday evenings from 16th June until the end of August,

6 pm to 8 pm 

Everyone is welcome, whether you are a gardening expert or complete beginner !

The evening usually consists in light gardening such as weeding, edging and dead-heading.

We end every session with a warm drink and cake in the classroom !
